Rip60 Workout

Well after reading a lot of reviews on various workout systems I think I’ve finally decided on the Rip60 Workout. There seem to be such great reviews on the Rip60 and from what I can tell it’s very effective and fast.
The “60” in Rip60 represents the 60 day workout program. I was impressed with how fast people were getting complete results. Another program that I was reading about (my husband actually uses this program) takes 90 days to reach complete results. If I can reach my goals a whole month sooner with Rip60 then I think I’ll choose that over another program that takes a month longer.
I really like that there are some credible “celebrities” that have developed and support the Rip60 workout. I’m talking about weight loss super star Jillian Michaels and MMA champion George St. Pierre; honestly, I had to ask my husband who he is because I don’t watch fighting. I feel more confident choosing a workout program that is backed by reputable people instead of a nameless chiseled body that would sell anything for a dollar.
Not only does the Rip60 come with a complete workout line up on 8 DVD’s, both Jillian Michaels and George St. Pierre have their own specialized DVD’s to help add another level to the workouts. I thought that was pretty cool that they would not only support the Rip60 workout but that they would spend the time to make a workout DVD and really back up the product.
They even have a specialized DVD for runners. The official website for Rip60 has a bunch of other cool swag that comes with the workout DVD’s which is pretty cool. You get a 60 day nutrition guide that helps you eat correctly for the duration of the Rip60 workout. Also included is a nice nylon carrying bag that you can store your Rip60 straps somewhere out of sight.
I’m still trying to learn more about the unique way that the Rip60 workout tones and trains your body. From what I’ve read I understand that the pulley type system that the Rip60 straps use help your mind, muscles and nervous system work together and it improves balance, stability and coordination.
My husband tells me that using gravity and body weight is one of the most effective ways to tone and train your body without gaining muscle bulk. He said that Bruce Lee used similar methods to train his body to endure intense amounts of pain while being both firm and flexible. I don’t know anything about Bruce Lee but I know he’s the only name I know from the “karate” world.
Being a woman and not wanting to bulk up my muscles, Rip60 seems like a great way to tone up my core (especially my core and arms). It seems pretty low impact, versatile, and allows me to workout at my own level and do everything I see on the DVD. I’m pretty sure I’ll be ordering my Rip60 Workout sometime this week and I’m so excited!
